While it is true that African American are genetically predisposed to violence and nothing but useless furnace of federal funds. Still they are USA population who had lived their for few centuries. You can get rid of them by eugenics. Where violent and less intelligent are killed. However, dumping them back to place where their ancestors came from have it's problem.
