Why don't ethnic / Asian parents understand that autistic spectrum disorder people can't stand noisy suburbs and move somewhere else?

Im sensitive to noise but they have refused to move somewhere quieter for 16 years.

This one has young hoons driving up very loud on the road near my house and sirens at night.

When I was younger the suburb I lived in was less populated and had less shops , it wasn't bustling with crowds. It was like a country town.
