1 - Comparing everything to chad > this is stupid and conterproductive, it's irrelevant if chad doesn't need to do this and that, most men aren't chads, so they have to play with the cards they have. I've seen incels saying that you don't need to dress well because chad can slay even if he dress like a homeless person. Yeah, so what? You're not chad. And between a mtn well dressed vs a mtn bad dressed, the first dude will be more respected. There are stores where bad dressed costumers are badly treated by the employers, so dressing well, regardless of your looks is always positive.
2 - Constant racism > you're free to think meds look better than nordids; you're free to dislike black aesthetics,; you're free to prefer Asian looks, no problem at all, taste is taste, but the constant racism is conterproductive to the community, because incels face universal struggles regardless of their race. If you're some receded 1.47m bald white dude, your smv, social experiences will be more similar to an Indian Incel, to an Asian Incel, to a black Incel.... than to a white chad. Incel spaces should be for incels to discuss their experiences and try to help each other, not to bash other people for things not under their control: being born in race X, Y, Z...
3 - Beliving in conspiracy theories > it's one thing to have critical thought, another thing is believing in dumb conspiracy theories with no data to back up, except for fake news propagated by dumb squizos. Believing in conspiracy theories goes hand in hand with snowflake syndrome: "the masses are stupid, only we, the enlightened ones, see the truth."
There's more bad incel traits for me to add, but let's leave them for later. These 3 I posted are already a good start.

Saying being NT is not important > this is one of the worst traits in the incel community: denying the importance of being NT. They will always say "muh, chad doesn't need to act NT, he can be aspie, he can walk around covered in shit and he will still slay, while you're coping with NT", the thing is: most men aren't chads. Being NT is important for for all fields of life. If you can't navigate properly though life; if you can't buy food in the convenience store without your voice trembling, you're more than likely to have a shit life, unless you're born rich and you don't need to leave your house (but most people don't have that luxury).
The problem with the assumption that NT is cope is using two extremes to validate their point:

I admit that I watched some psl gods edit and I found them fun, but it didn't took too long for me to start finding it cringe. It's pure chad worship.
