You cannot know anything until you accept that you know nothing

Almost everyone I've met various incel forums are very arrogant, too arrogant to learn anything. Accept that you are not scientists, professors, or philosophers. You are not experts, or geniuses, you are teenagers and 20 year olds just starting college. You think you know everything, most teenagers think that, but you know nothing. Your inability to accept this is what keeps you ignorant.
