I liked the fact that it ruined normies lives at the start but it also caused chaos in mine until about 2023, that's when the copemaxxing started and then now it's quite comfy , but then yes it is kinda dystopian and AI surfaced which might be positive or negative.

These factors often lead companies to focus their resources on regions with bigger markets or lower expenses, leaving Australian players to connect to distant servers with higher latency.

Because datacenters are probably more proliferated in CES or Asian countries compared to mainland Australia and it's not worth the cost perhaps, plus most people there in Oceania prefer playing on Asian servers instead (again, popularity is a factor).
