The average male at my university is around 5'11-6', I've unironically seen a couple of 6'8-6'10 guys there and they made me feel short despite me being 190cm.

I'd say NT is necessary for MTNs and below and important for HTNs but once you reach chadlite+, it's pretty irrelevant for the most part.
