I investigate my daily experience and I observe many actions are performed unconsciously or in flow states. This tells me that there is no full responsibility because there is a lot of conditioning acting on you.

The mind functions more like a committee of identities. There is the central identity or ego, and the unconscious.

The only thing I might say you are responsible of is cultivating a conditioning in the present moment that carries you into wellness.
