There's not much information to go with tbh, I mean, it's a single screen shot so we'd be speculating at most.
But going off this, she is probably just busy and/or you are not engaging enough. Then again, I never tried to pursue romantic relationships with any female friends I had so I wouldn't know B)

Just talk to women the way you talk with the boys. I mean... you don't spam your friends' inboxes every 2 to 3 hours due to attention seeking issues, right? Apply that to women... because if people aren't interested in interacting with you (regardless of their gender), then I guess you already know how to proceed accordingly. But most importantly, never appear weak in the presence of a woman... water is wet I know, but it's easier said than done in certain situations (but in case your physical integrity is in actual danger (like you're about to get stabbed by a pack of thugs), the most logical thing to do is to let the woman take the damage, but normies will call you a pussy for not getting killed). I mean, it's not really rocket science... we're animals after all. So, again, just talk to them like they're erm, humans.

Also, try making your intentions clear straight away if you know these girls firsthand (as a matter of fact, most of my relationships "blossomed" out of casual acquaintanceships... because I'm pretty average looking, not some good looking guy where courtship happens in a matter of a few hours) and that's pretty much it, lol. But something I've learnt about women before is, they simply don't like neurodivergent boyfriends (I don't have any experience with ND women... thankfully?) and it is very likely she might break up with you in a matter of months with some BS excuse... and that's fine, I guess.
