No, there are no "aliens" conspiring and orchestrating evil agendas against us civilians specifically. This is all correlated to a civilizational shattering event that will take place within our lifetimes and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it except maybe complaining over the internet like most normies do and have done over the years.
I'm glad most humans are (and rightfully) 'stupid' just as much as I am, and I'm glad I'm not genetically worthy enough for their breakthrough civilization... because who the fuck wants to be (and uselessly persist as) a living organism anyway? For example, most males can't even get genuine (and I must highlight the word GENUINE because most women within my vicinity have explicitly told me they don't find most other guys sexually attractive... bare in mind I've had relationships with girls around my age before in the last decade, now I'm in my mid-twenties AND a military veteran from the Ukrainian Armed Forces by the way) sexual attraction from their female counterparts, so you're going to tell me what's even the point of existing as the average Homo Sapiens male when having considered all these factors. Logically, there's none other than being involuntarily wired to navigate through the never-ending competitive waters of the mammalian kingdom just with the end goal of... wait, spawning another bastard who might look (and behave) eerily similar to you (that's not how genetics really work anyway)?
