There is something to be said about fatalism but only so much can be done with the way the weights are set and the deck is packed.

I stack some silver and gold but I don't really look toward it as anything other then an "oh fuck the economy is down" I prefer to stack brass and lead.

Im out of the major cities, got my land fresh water well, most of my job can now be done remotely. In ground cold storage food and water.

The funniest this to me is how many just old people out here in the boonies...

I understand the investment into the mining stock and if it doesn't go completely tits up you'll walk away with a clean slice, I don't for see the out come to be as favorable. It feels like in the best and worst case scenario global trade will be completely shut down or because such an increase luxury that it would be possible to move assets. A lot of weird crypto moment lately and how governments one to stick there figures into something that clearly no one wants them to be a part of.

In the last few years I kinda trimmed down my portfolio and a lot of if I can't hold it in my hands it isn't real for when I need it.

I know I really wanna buy an ultra light for the worst possible scenario.

I've invested into the area socially.

Go to church in the area, I volunteer at the fire department in the area, help out the old neighbors with yard stuff or fire wood or what have you old people get lonely. Better to know then now then when I might have to run up on there house for something lol.

I try to be on the good side of the local cops don't step on toes.

I got some shooting buddies up here. I don't really want anything much in life anymore expect for peace and tranquility as corny as that sounds.

Every time I go into a major city it just looks worse and worse.

I grew up my formative years in Vegas and last time I went back it was a shit show. Same with Portland or Las Angeles.

I'm cool with my basic terrorist special watch with stickers on it.

My mres and ammo.

I have go backs all done up for my family and extras because you never know who will be with you. And it looks dramatic but at point to realize what you care about what you will do to keep that safe and everything else sorta falls into place.
