I've found a few clips of it recently, I've got to admit the animation is really dumb, but I admit the humor is pretty funny, appearantly something happened to the original voice actor of the main character and I got to see some of it, and it doesn't have the same feeling as the orginal its too deep; the ending was kind of funny though.

The intro was always more interesting than the actual show. Same for the Boondocks

Sure, the graphics looked awful, but you have to give it some, recently the polic officer has become one of my favorite characters.

The funniest thing about the show was that I lived in a tent city and one of the leaders in there he had a stooge and his stooge sounded just like a squidbillie and he was called that once and it was so funny to realize especially when you stoned.

If you choose, do create another thread. On topic, I've grown a bit of appreciation for the show, again terrible art, but still for some reason has a flow that carries it on.

The problem was they removed the creator/main writer/lead voice actor because he was trump supporter and was from GA. So when changed everything it went from celebrating GA and southern redneck/hillbilly culture. To the classic California writers and VAs criticizing it and getting on their soapbox to act like they're some noble authority.

This has been a problem with Cartoon Network/Adult Swim forever. This is why shows like the Boondocks, The Venture Bros, Black Dynamite, Moral Orel, Megas XLR, Samurai Jack, etc though loved get dropped and canceled while shows like Steven Universe were allowed to limp along. Often the Writers, VA, and other guilds try to take over or get rid of said groups in favor of their shows, writers, etc. As well as high ups trying to help their friends and all get their shows green lighted. Hell you had that pedo who admitted he was doing that keep his spot and get his show greenlit and when it failed kept going after anyone he thought was better than him. (Which was alot of people by the way.) Though if you look at him, he screamed like a classic hollywood pedo nepo baby who got in due to who he knew not what he knew.

Damn, and you know what, the dning would have been fine, provided you have the same voice actor, it would have been a regular ending, but the voice actor didn't fit the character. I didn't know that's how far the corruption went, but in truth that's business politics for you, the shows are another means to make money, it sucks.

The problem is that nowadays it's less about money and more of pushing their message. The problem Hollywood having is because they didn't care about sells and more about free grants from the Government and NGOs thinking people will just watch because it's a big IP or made from them.
