These people not only racemix, but also castemix, classmix, religionmix, countrymix, identitymix, gendermix, ideologymix (incoherence), they also do sexual tourism that they glorify. Its not what is supposed to be done when you encounter other cultures. When you deal with another human being for example, do you have to copy him? or do you have to "become" what another human being is? No, of course, at any moment you retain yourself and separation. Yes you can "be influenced" but you dont lose yourself every single day when you meet someone new.
When people mimick celebrities, like michael jackson or jimi hendrix, we are used to call them "insane" bcause they are insane. They are crazy. Jimi hendrix is jimy hendrix there is only 1 like he was. You will never be Jimi hendrix, period. Copying other people is fundamentally absurd. But I grant that humans do have tendency to imitate one another, but never at the cost of losing oneself, that is where we call it "insanity".
Most of psychological diseases are often "spectrum", so you dont get 1 or another state in a completely clear distinguishable form. I can stlil tell you that fascist attitudes for me are "disease" already. They have a diseased insane way to be in the world.
