The Grifted Horde is orcHorde from WOW. It does not possess mechanisms for reform, only mechanisms for succession and rituals and traditions.
There is always a Warchief: a podcaster, or a futile canadian crackhead or a "self help" scammer. If followers become dissatisfied, they do not organize a protest. They declare a mak'gora, the horde ritual duel of honor, and challenge the warchief directly. Whoever wins is the new grifter.
The tradition (orgrimmar) is everything in the grifted horde, and submits even the grifter warchief. You can beat the warchief, but rituals are off limits and orgrimmar is all.
We can only perform an endless cycle of mak'gora: expose the leader, defeat the leader, inherit the throne, repeat.
Result: the warchief changes, but orgrimmar remains exactly the same.
Kosh'harg is the leninist united front tactics of the various grifter clan leaders, so they unite to promote "grand narratives", often they have to be payed by foreign intelligence agencies and media observation units from abroad.
The Rite of Visions is the deep shamanism of the grifter who claims to have had "spiritual revelations", consuming new supplements or getting treatments in grifter clinics all over the world. Its an initiation ritual, where aspiring grifters are taken under the wing of an experienced grifter, they are offered media management, and they have to prove their worth and loyalty in various ways.
