How do i fix this low IQ issue

Ah yes I will go gym at 7:30pm and spend a productive hour making gains!
-leaves at 11:00 doing jack shit

Alrighty I will start my studies for the exams at 11:00 I'm all set!
-opens books then starts daydreaming

I will wake up at 6:00am I must lock in!
-does wake up but ends up scrolling for hours

1. Diet

2. Rest

3. Meditation

Though some better ideas.

1. When you conduct matters be more critical.

2. Learn different topics that require you to reason or even in general using your mind.

3. Question your beliefs, question those around you, question the existing reality.

All this can be summarized in three words. Use your mind.
