I think when tackling normies we have to reform the entire society, so that doors are open.
All opportunities have to be made visible, open to all and attainable.
All information made available, and "in front of your eyes".
What we have to change is we no longer force people to get an education, but we should persuade, and present options. And expect that some people will not take them, we will call them "normies" or "homo erectus". And if they dont take them, then is OK, we accept yet another voluntary serf wants to live an inferior existence. This serf will be treated like a communist, he will own nothing and be happy.
For the rest of humans capable of reciprocity, ownership and superior morality, there will be contracts everywhere, voluntary interactions.
Instead for normies, we will give them reallife communism. When normies decide "I want to follow ecelebs", instead of banning ecelebs we manufacture more of them. And I purpose we rethink urbanization, creating mega-stadium. Livable entertainment systems where normies will be able to do 12 hours of entertainment and up to 6 hours of work. Their work will be AI assisted, repetitive, and centered on entertainment. Normies will listen to music, watch dance videos, be injected with drugs that alter their moods depending on the time of the day, live habits sustained by moralizing life coaches in their ears who make them feel good.
Even when a normie accepted that deal, we must aways anytime let him change his course, and have all doors open at any moment. So lets assume some normie at some point thinks "there is more to life, this corporate life coaching does not quite make sense to me". Ok, we open the door, and show him the way.
