Help How to answer the question "What do you do?" as a NEET?

It's truly difficult for me to answer this when someone asks me.

I try to walk around the question as much as possible, but eventually I have to lie and the guilt is unbearable.

So for those of you who are indeed NEET, how do you all answer the aforementioned question?

It was different for me, but when I was rotting I just sleep, read or watch videos, I did however have somewhat of an opportunity to do some productive activities, however that did not last to long, I hope that if I could neet again, I'd like to actually have the resources to do it, that being reading, writing and critical thinking activities.

I already do lie but I almost always have a few inconsistencies in my narrative when I do. The reply was helpful in general.

She has an SUV. I ride bicycle. That's all I know. My best ex was older than me by 10 years .if by best i mean I loved her the most. Not other stuff like fewest problems.
