If I start bulking I'll be obese. I have too little muscle since a specific drug I took two years ago ate my muscle mass away. Look at my BMI. I have to go down to 70kg and work from there.

But I'm incel nowadays, so I know its not entirely my fault. Most guys I know also struggle when it comes to dating. You need to look way above average if you have no social circle tbh.

You look like an MTN to me not an incel. Especially if 6ft 1in I don't think you need 'fixing' per se. You have thicker eyebrows which women like. Maybe try growing a short beard?
