Personal Experience Injecting wholesome words into my operative system.

The subject known as "Two-jay" is applying the MASSIVE AUTISTIC OBSESSIVE-COMPULSIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL DECONSTRUCTION PROTOCOL (M.A.O.C.D.P) with the aim of freeing himself as much as possible from misery and mental suffering. Today's topic is about how he “injects,” in his own words, healthy words into his operating system in order to provide his brain with a new operating framework that helps him avoid suffering towards himself and others. All of this is based on injecting new beliefs into the mind by harnessing the power that words and phrases have over the unconscious. As he saw before in previous experiences, it was his unconscious that did all kinds of crazy things in the past, using others to psychologically heal those parts of himself that were broken. Of course, this is unacceptable, and he wants to prevent it from happening again.

In the past, the subject Two-jay used to underestimate the power that beliefs had over the mind. Since he had a very analytical mind and operated with a pessimistic framework that brought him more suffering rather than dissipating it, he used to question those who said that simple words like “I am worthy of love” could be very healing for a person's psychological structure. Well, he has finally given up because he has understood that words are only tools for navigating the world and do not represent ultimate reality in themselves, because reality in itself is unreachable by these tools. He also admits that his initial purpose was to completely avoid duality, but he has finally recognized that in order to get rid of beliefs such as “I deserve love” and “I don't deserve love,” he first has to go through both.

The subject Two-jay pretended to get rid of the belief “I am worthy of love” because it seemed stupid and unnecessary to him, but he has discovered that saying such phrases has healing effects on his psychic structure, which has brought him greater healing. He has also experimented with different types of beliefs to counteract the effects of having been the object of a narcissistic wound, including “I am not an object that others can use for their own purposes and goals,” “I am not something that can be dominated and conquered because I am a sentient being and, for that reason alone, I possess infinite worth independent of everything else.” The subject of analysis has found that incorporating these beliefs has provided him with a healthier state of mind that he hopes will help him improve his relationship with himself and others.

positive affirmations do carry a positive charge
in a negative mind it can be felt because of contrast with existing programs
beyond the initial "I love myself" there won't be much of an effect if it's mechanical repetition

beliefs need a strong emotional charge to take root in the subconscious mind
the nature of heart is genuine and spontaneous

Yes. I think that I was lacking ultimately was those kinds of unconscious beliefs that should be the result of evaluating life from the standpoint of philosophical pessimism. Compassion and respect towards my fellow sufferes and myself, obviously.

“The conviction that the world, and therefore man too, is something which really ought not to exist is in fact calculated to instil in us indulgence towards one another: for what can be expected of beings placed in such a situation as we are? From this point of view one might indeed consider that the appropriate form of address between man and man ought to be, not monsieur, sir, but fellow sufferer, compagnon de misères. However strange this may sound it corresponds to the nature of the case, makes us see other men in a true light and reminds us of what are the most necessary of all things: tolerance, patience, forbearance and charity, which each of us needs and which each of us therefore owes.”

Sounds like he realised the truth that everyone suffers and now he wants all men to pity each other. I can see how the desire to lessen other's suffering might be authentic but I can't see how pity does this. It's conditioning.
