TLDR: it was raining then we went out in afternoon when it stopped raining.
She felt dizzy and almost fainted I asked if she's okay then Tamil indian and I helped her by holding her arms for support (me I. The left Tamil guy (! the right ) as she walked back inside so the nurses could helped her.
