I performed on a national level in certain math competitions
Always 99th percentile+, once was top 10 in this region of the country (it was divided into like 4-5 regions) and even got a special shirt for it lol my parents probably have it
Went through the old documents
slowly declined to even 90th percentile
I don't know how many of you participated in competitive math but there were forums that were frequented by everyone who did well on them. I checked the posts of some of my old friends from competitions there.
They were solving problems all the time while I rotted
I feel like a pathetic subhuman right now. It's over
