Threads containing external links to third-party websites (videos, articles, etc) should be posted in the Tartarus section and be accompanied by at the very least 1-2 sentences which encourage discussion.

Threads with third-party links posted outside of the Tartarus section should contain a few sentences to a paragraph (except for /amv/) and be relevant for the section topic.

This is a good idea because ever since we have the knowledge that JewSA have bought 1 million IP addressed to pretend to be different people and agree on something or create false image of other person by pretending to be part of them. Any Shill that try to link Xitter or Reddit link will be force to give his opinion as to why he is posting these links and those threads will only be in a single containment zone.
