Grains are Beta/Urban/civilized
Calling it slave food is hyperbole

Yeah im not clicking that.

How do I make rice better do people also just eat it plain or do some of y'all get creative with it?
As i said before, i cook it with soy sauce and curry spices. I also cook with lentils and other stuff.
I also put it in a burrito. Everything is better in a burrito.

Rice is just sugar without nutrients & full of antinutrients just fuel its perfect food for the slaves it wasn't eaten by humans before 5000 years ago with the creation of civilization. Proto-humans only used to eat fruits & dead raw animals in the Savannah no vegetables.

Im looking into it
Further research is needed
Just eat what you naturally want to eat bro but only unprocessed food something that's in nature only being a pure carnivore lead to weird ass habits.

like this asian lady pretending she don't want sugar or fruits but end up mimicking it lol
animal based mogg pure carnivore (its still carnivore but not 100% more like 90% carnivore).
Tomatoes are a fruit, cucumbers too , etc listen to your body cravings.

Liver & hearts are the foods with the most bio-available nutrients without any anti-nutrients inside of it on top of that they're insanely cheap since there's lots of propaganda made by the elites against their consumption so much so that it became a culture in the slave society.
Define Bio availability
anti-nutrients yeah you can cook cant you? That gets rid of all the antinutrients
Fortunately raw meat has no anti nutrients and bestowed by GOD upon man kind and we all should eat it

Bioavailability is the ease with which the nutrient enters the bloodstream and can be used by the body.

Yes, we absolutely must cook anti-nutrient foods and not cook foods rich in bioavailable nutrients.

Yes, we should all eat what is good and natural for us, what our ancestors ate before this slavery called civilisation.

I have heard the term used before I assumed that it meant what you said.
A whale i was fucking one time said that her professor said humans are the most bio available protien.
As a wildman you should switch to human meat.
I was thinking bio available could also mean most efficiently harvested.
In this case its also true for humans as we are literally everywhere

Listen up, this whole meat obsession is a sham. Humans didn’t even mess with fire and meat until, what, 790,000 years ago? And even then, it wasn’t some daily burger fest. Meat was a lucky break, not a freaking lifestyle. No fridges, no freezers good luck keeping that carcass from turning into a maggot party. Grains? Didn’t even show up until we started planting stuff and building towns. So don’t feed me this “we’re born to eat meat” garbage it’s a fairy tale.

Now we’ve got the tech to stuff our faces with meat 24/7, and people act like it’s no big deal. Wake up! It’s a damn disaster. Producing meat sucks up land and water like a black hole way more than plants ever will. Oh, you think “grazing land” excuses it? That’s just the meat industry’s trillion dollar con job talking. They’re drowning you in buzzwords “grass fed,” “sustainable,” whatever keeps the cash flowing. Don’t be their puppet.

Eat meat if you want, I don’t care. But don’t pretend it’s the only way or some sacred tradition. It’s not. And next time someone shoves a steak in your face, ask who’s really pulling the strings ‘cause it’s probably the same clowns banking on you not thinking too hard.

I hope you meant to add another zero to that 5000 because if not, you're just ignoring what happened in the continent of Asia as early as 12,000 years ago. Although, it would be fine and dandy if you consider Asians sub-human.

Can you tell me how a farmer with his lambs , a Masai or an Inuit destroys nature compared to a white vegan who kills hundreds of animals to get some grains ?

You don't need a fridge to consume an animal or prevent flies from going on it.

The acidity of the human stomach is quite strong, with a pH typically ranging from 1 to 1.5 that is the exact same as scavengers who eat rotten meat...
Some cultures have traditions of consuming fermented or aged meat for or example:

Surströmming (Sweden): A fermented herring that has a strong smell but is considered a delicacy.
Hákarl (Iceland): Fermented shark meat that is buried and aged for months.
Kiviak (Greenland): A dish made by fermenting seabirds inside a seal skin.
High Meat: People eat decomposed meat for an euphoric effect

The tallest humans in Africa or Europe consume raw dairy & raw meat.
There are a lot of people of every races consuming & thriving on raw meat for their whole life without any problems.

Raw meat have many nutritional benefits and has been part of many cultures' traditions for centuries even today its eaten in Japan , Germany , France , Lebanon , Inuits , Siberia & Africa lots of people nowadays thrive on raw meat like their ancestors did thousands of years ago & their animals aren't destroying any "nature" they're a part of nature like anything else what's more unnatural is intensive agriculture with lots of chemicals to prevent animals from eating the plant.
It's way harder in nature to get access to vegetables or fruits than to get access to meat how would you know they're not toxic ? except if they already been farmed by someone else most of them are poisonous even if we can consume some they might still have some level of toxicity & are sub-optimal for human consumption.

Highest meat consumption in the world is Hong Kong & they have one of the highest life expectancy in this world.

H2O covers 70% of the planet i don't fear any black hole of water any day.
Most land isn't inhabited or used on this planet anyway look at satellite images.

Domestication of chickens happened in South Asia too 10 000 years ago.

Humans scavenged a lot of rotten food, especially marrow/brain, fattier parts of the animal that others could not reach. Rotten food is not necessarily harmful in the sense that it needs to be killed by stomach acid, as long as it stays aerobic.
It's possible to eat maggots as well like in Corsica & Sardinia there's a cheese called Casu Marzu i heard my great grandfather ate cheese full of maggots & it was seen as something normal until the whole world got americanized...

Chicken is one of my favorite meats to eat. I can not go wrong with chicken adobo and rice.

I am aware that people in the past have eaten meat but that does not make the fact that food items other than meat (like rice) were a part of people's diet back then any less credible. In fact, with both kinds of food items appearing at around the same time, it helps to support my thought that people were and are omnivores.
