I plan to get draconic language and mason's tools dunno though

10-12 man group

artillerist

No multiclass planned

14 str 11 dex 16 int(17 with magic item) 16 wisdom 15 con 14 char

I plan to get dexint 2int 2dex skill expert arcana or perception lucky

My 12 artificer infusions

2 normal infusions would be robe of concentration and enhanced defense
Then my 3 main arena ones would be cloak of protection, ring of protection, ring of free action. (bag of holding)
My 2 main heist ones would be cloak of the elvenkind, ring, winged boots (bag of holding)
My 2 main scouting ones would be cloak of the bat, winged boots/ring, eyes of the eagle (bag of holding)
My 1 survival one boots of the winterlands (bag of holding)
My 2 main gigagear would be dimensional shackles*, bag of holding*.

I plan on carrying around spare armor studded leather and breastplate with lots of food and water firewood and supplies and spending downtime not really crafting as I have too much charisma for that

I'm thinking of taking calligrapher's tools and arcana but I'm not sure it's worth the gold cost and time crafting these shitty scrolls.

Also I'm thinking of taking spellwrought tattoo instead of boots of winterlands. I'm trying to come up with a solution for dealing with arctic weather and lavaland etc but resistant armor is not that good generally speaking and idk how to survive extreme cold. Extreme cold requires that I have like a carriage and a metal firepit or something I don't think clothes are enough.

This has made me very depressed I cannot believe there's so many chinese people mating with the africans. They are inspiring me to think that they are good people I'm similar to them, so why should I think for myself just accept their answer. This is a tragedy. Building up africa also is a total degeneration of the universe. It will lead to untold suffering as the breeding increases. I can't believe China has done this they've truly destroyed the world in their greed and cheap infrastructure creation. The Chinese have done something horrible for the world all because they are afraid of losing to the west.

larping and storytelling is the only fun game now that video games have basically turned off all complex problem solving and testing is limited to reaction speed and how autistically you study the game mechanics.

You can also grind problems on jeetcode, if you're into that. Although they turn into weird algorithm memorization gimmicks beyond a certain point

PF1 was just an aftermarket campaign setting for 3.5 originally but when 4e was released nobody liked it and everyone played 3.5 on pathfinder instead. PF carried the torch of 3.5 building on its rules system to 2019 when PF2 was released which is better in many ways. I think PF2 is better in many ways but I would need to modify the rules. Id need to know how the game plays with my modified rules and if i need to build to setup a counterbalance. PF1 i feel is mostly perfect as is. Do understand that im a grognard and prefer the old ways. I feel RP is high fantasy spiraling in modern times and id rather lean towards grimdark.

I was running play by post PF2 on the forum. I dont think it was the right Ruleset, Campaign for the board. I plan to Run Open Legend here eventually. Not sure if I can play a PF1 campaign in OL. Trying to convert PF to Open Legend might be doing it wrong IMO. I might run a game inspired by Golarion.

Random idea. Do you think starting with an easier edition might be a good idea to get the community's feet wet? Say, 4e? I'm imagining most here won't feel like working their grey matter to get into the older editions starting off. I'd wager I'm alone in that regard. I have no problem with anything prior to 3.5 personally.

If you really like TTRPGS and you are sold on the rules system, lore, under 30, and have triple diget IQ I think switching to older editions arent a problem. Infact I hear its the 2e aesthetics that really pop and pull people in not the newer editions. If you like the older editions id recommend not playing the Dungeons and dragons and playing in communities similar to the editions, like 3.5 = PF1. 2e = Old school renaissance

4E was wildly unpopular
The unpopularity of 4E built pathfinder
I hear its redeemable for people who like small skirmishes using miniatures
