We gotta start thinkin right now what to do as university reform in a post-normie society.
Issues we had was our governments decided to allow anyone to get a title in university, and they shortened and standardized all courses. Today someone can take a title in 3 years and add another block of 2 years.
Once the masses got their titles, they immediately abused it, and they are all on reddit pretending 3 years of sociology gives them papal authority status.
A second issue became student debt. A third one is the low quality of university theses and they contain copypastes from internet forums, now bot written stuff but before chatGPT it was already common the ghostwritten thesis. Professors are demoralized and they give normies compiled theses where they simply sign them.
A very small minority in society is studying to learn, the 90% goes there to extend adolescence and perform crude mating games that also hinder the success of the minority of students who is serious. It is demoralizing for people who are true researchers to see all their materials stolen by the normies.
University is simply the second coming of the crime of indulgence sales. So one day an university title will be considered equivalent of a souvenir like having an old indulgence.
The issues are much more. But I think in a post normie society we can create a new type of "university". We cannot take all the trash low quality theses written by feminists, correct them and remove their title, simply because there are 700 courses in feminism just in america. But what we can do is create an AI that automatically tests the quality of a thesis and if anything was low quality inconsistent and full of subjective experiences (most feminist materials are personal narrative and wisdom literature) we simply burn it. From the past normie world we inherit we only keep the high quality materials, and its not complicated at all to do the selection. We can also keep culturally relevant things for cultural studies. And keep 1 copy of each text we erase from history simply to be sure we got a backup to demostrate what we did was fair and just.
In our new world where normies are at the bottom as a subrace underclass, we will create a living reputation system. Or something else, I dont know, some braincel will invent it. It will be based on ideas you contributed, projects you completed or communities you helped or single issues you solved. Instead of making you write a low quality nonsense and wear julius caesar crown, we simply create a system that rewards how many experiments you replicated and how many students you mentored or how consistent and high quality your theory was.
So instead of a piece of paper we will have a portfolio, like artstation. People will see wat you have done. Essays, simulations, code, policy proposals, various designs or scientific replications and similar tasks.
We will copy the internet, imagine github, something like that.
We have to get rid of the idea of a "professor" entirely. We will have guides and reviewers and tutorials and community organizers. Or whatever. This system will not function instantly, because many normies will not be suited for it.
