Agreed. This is the emotional spectrum of attachment to money. The first form, solid money, emerges from the mindset of scarcity. That you have a limited budget to spend on surviving, and so with that comes emotions of pain, guilt, anxiety and vigilance. The second form, liquid, comes from a mindset of abundance, where you realize that in order to earn more money you must spend a little money, and so you have emotions of acceptance, excitement and detachment. In the second form, money becomes a tool of leverage where you can take intelligent, measured risks to compound gains and aren't worried about short-term losses.
