Reality is always changing
People come and go
The only constant in life is the statement "I am me" (debatably, I guess you can say that our subconscious mostly controls us/anti free will arguments which makes the statement weird but at least you have the illusion of being you)

So as cheesy as it sounds
The only solution in life is happiness from within
Maybe that's just apathy
But just this inner sense of peace. That can apply to most situations. Maybe not if you're being tortured by the CIA or something.
