never take ssri, for anxiety I recommend asmr and smoking but I never had bad anxiety like people who have a clinical diagnosis have. I dont know what to say about severe anxiety

I find that weed is relaxing in small doses, but causes panic attacks in high doses. So I tend to smoke 2 - 3 puffs when I havent done it in a while. It depends on tolerance levels
