Manletmachine is a hard case to defend, so I’m not here to advocate for or against him. He was in an internet space synonymous with glorifying violence against women, and users influenced his behavior. When the obsession with her escalates into harassment, violent rhetoric, and stalking, it crossed the line and became a danger to her. Regardless if we know his intentions or not(he likely just wanted clout), she still felt her security was at risk and took the necessary precautions to avoid being harmed or harassed any further.

As I said to you in DMs, when you bring personal information into that’s when it becomes targeted and invasive to her. It’s where they crossed a moral and legal line. I don’t know the legality regarding his situation in that jurisdiction but as far as I’m concerned it could all be resolved with a restraining order.

Either way, this could’ve all been avoided when she joined the forum to confront him about the online postings. That’s when the mods should’ve stepped in and prevented any further aggravation of this girl. Blackpill forums create an atmosphere where you can share your thoughts unfiltered without the fear of accountability, this rings true over every platform tbh. What exactly would make me think people like this are well adjusted or intelligent? Agreed. He was consumed by obsession and his warped thinking. When you have users encouraging his content with reps, comments, views, etc.. and he’s rewarded for this type of behavior it’s kind of understandable that he’d continue. His fixation on her was also validated when she’d respond to him with declarations of love, or just the fact she was going out of her way to give him an hour of her day. She helped feed into those delusions that his fixation on her was justified. It’s hard to claim he’s solely responsible when others involved were nurturing his obsession.

Not shifting blame to her, but when she didn’t set boundaries and gave him false hope with her declarations of love and giving attention, it’s hard not to misinterpret these gestures. When you put in work and see results why not continue? More so when you consider a lot of these are late teens and young adults who’ve went their entire life without any romantic connection. She wasn’t helping resolve the issue any. Cautionary tale of the fragile mind thrown into an echo chamber.
