Getting lean

Has anyone of you guys went down to 10% body fat or around? I'm struggling to get there from 15%. I want to try as a one time thing but then i want to be able to maintain 12%.

Pointless to try to get to 10% unless you’re competing in a bodybuilding contest which I’m sure you will not be doing. If women don’t like you at 11-15% they aren’t gonna like you at 10 so you’re torturing yourself for nothing

I was down to around 14% and it got me nothing. Currently 16-18% which still looks lean

Idk being super lean sucks and you feel like shit. Just be 15-18% bf and it's fine. Too little fat decreases your energy

Face is kinda average I guess. Definitely doesn't stand out as ugly but also isn't gonna be standing out for being above average either. I think I'm probably non NT to some degree and that hurts my chances plus my area just doesn't have much social opportunities.

Body wise I'm fine with my height but wish I was wider framed and had better muscle genetics because 165 is kinda thin for my height and I'm not gonna get bigger without steroids, which I won't do not can I afford

You ain't that bad off, then. I wish I had a more normal face, man. I'm not ugly ugly, but I have some unfortunate features for sure. My height doesn't make for the gap.
