Bulk 2023-2025.
Went from 64kg to 80kg.


Cut 72kg, kinda failed here with shitty diet and just calisthenics, looking like a fucking beginner while being able to do several muscle ups in a row? Dont know why. My profile is ecto-meso explosive strength.



Like i literally have inflamed skin from hot showers, stopped training forearms(forgot to use dumbbells, sand bucket and hammer), somehow lost all the weight while just studying, and like two times a week calisthenics lasting about one hour.
Off cycle after small testosterone experimental at 200mg for three months, going to 500mg test and 100mg tren after skin is fixed and whitemaxxing protocol is added.
Here my lazy routine:
-10x3 pull ups, then if feeling good try max like 20 or 15.
15x4 chin ups.
5x3 muscle ups.
20 x 3 to 5 inclined push ups
Inverted dip leg raise for about 30 seconds to 2 to 5 sets.
Dips about 10-15x3
5 to 8x4 Dip tuck something like that:

You push the legs up, but i cant do this here due to concrete floor.
-Abs raises 10 to 20 x3
-Inverted dip reps 10-15x4
-Abdominal 30x5 (horrible abs workout).
-One arm hold about 10 to 15 seconds each if feeling strong.
L sit attempt into elbow lever, can do the switch but not lift my legs totally.
Bit of kickboxing or muay thai training at the park, not at the fighting gym.
I guess thats my current cheap version of a calisthenics routine, latter gonna add weights, rings, bulk, roids, training five to six time a week.
Any feedback, trolling, insulting, or something like that?
