For instance how the cia created punk rock. the notion of anti establishment which they dislike of course and don’t want people to think for themselves so they create a way to surround up all the anti establishments in one place to Drain there energy simultaneously keeping them distracted and heads filled with thoughts that are not there own.

What music should one listen to in order to break free from the shackles of mental captivity?
my initial thought would be none, music has been around for thousands of years so it’s more of a preference when it comes down to it. You think the tribes in Africa playing music are trying to brainwash you? No there just having a good time surrounded by community, that’s real music if you ask me

I have not listen to music for about a week and wanted to see the effects it has on my brain. I can say I’m thinking more clearly now. I’ll probably only listen to music sparingly from now on
not listening or using my phone has no effect on me other than boredom, i get in the zone while doing it

Play videogames, they have music, it's much better cause it's active consumption. While anime is passive media it takes a way longer attention span than popping open a playlist. You can search for underground music, and actually listen to it attentively
Go to live acoustic concerts

If you have respect for yourself then i would say be carful. There's a difference between small artists who actually are trying to make something everlasting and plants doing it for propaganda to further agendas. Not every artist and genre is some cia plot, thats fucking stupid. But yeah there are plenty of examples of cia involvement like rap, punk, rock n roll ect… shit even in war times they used propaganda in music. My notion is if they are being played on the radio constantly, going on national tours then it's highly likely they are a plant and should not be entertained. I would say strictly stick to the underground but there are plenty examples as well of artists who use to make genuine music, became semi big from that, got high jacked and then are being told by executives of what they can or cannot say in their music… I tend to listen to underground artists who didn't sell out and respect their craft and listeners. The artists who try to bring community and are about the people. The artists who do not need 20 security guards at shows or in public like a bitch. Not the artist only wanting your money and could give fuck about your name. You're just a dollar sign to some of them.
