Just wondering if anyone knows anything about dying from dehydration? I want to end it but I dont want to go out in a gory way, so I'm thinking dehydration.

Whatever causes misery is biochemical in root and maybe you should try removing that first (with antidepressants being the last and least optimal "fix", because they generally make things worse).

Exercise + Sun and natural light exposure + eliminanting goyslop contaminating your organism (you're fat) + taking vitamins. Perhaps, staying the fuck away from h*mans if social situations bother you.

Would not answer if you weren't 40. Not a start of conversation either, just musing if I were planning to hang and posted on EF about it.

You smoke tobacco and and alcohol harder than me. I think I would die one day of camping do to dehydration even bringing plenty of water. I'm locking the thread.
