Whatever causes misery is biochemical in root and maybe you should try removing that first (with antidepressants being the last and least optimal "fix", because they generally make things worse).
Exercise + Sun and natural light exposure + eliminanting goyslop contaminating your organism (you're fat) + taking vitamins. Perhaps, staying the fuck away from h*mans if social situations bother you.
