By meditation, we learn that we are not the voices that talk within our minds. It is the desire for identificacion with them motivated by the desire to not suffer, that which causes us to suffer. The mistake is trying to let the voices be, the ilusion is that you have to try to even do something while meditating. The only thing to do is to focus your attention into a particular sensation. Very easy right?

By learning to let the voices within our heads be, we learn to identify them all as faces of the same die. There is no difference between sadness and happiness, it is the mental constructs within us based on pain avoidance and pleasure chasing, the ones responsibles to attach differences to these concepts.

Meditation is the easiest thing to do, there is not need to fight something, there is no even need to try. There was never a need for you do not exist. Then who are you fighting? The ilusion lies into thinking you have to fight something in the first place.

Dopamine is the real way into self love. The way you feel is entirely dependent on the chemicals and hormones in your body.
If your neurochemistry is affecting the way you think and feel, why the way you think and feel wouldn't affect your neurochemistry back?

It was my over identification with Blackpill concepts what caged me in certain patters of thinking that told me it wasn't possible, and it just prolongued my pain and suffering by over identification with those mental constructs.

Positive thoughts/mindset come in automatically if you have a healthy lifestyle. The opposite is also true.

What happens is that when we have to deal with negative aspects in our lifestyles, most of us just stay there regretting it all and don't do shit. The situation just makes us stay in certain patterns of thinking and feeling that end up affecting our neurochemistry. Meditation is the best way to break those patterns of thinking and feeling which cause suffering. The fastest the better, until we understand that only us can save ourselves. If we do the work, our situation might end up changing a little bit.

I just want to find a way to generate the neurochemical state of love such that I can bypass the narcissistic biological conditioning which only function is gene propagation.

Imagine falling in love with yourself. Libido redirection towards yourself. How would that be? Being able to feel love without the need of anybody, just a lovely thought, and thus a lovely feeling.

I just try to be pragmatic. Does this spiritual technique works to reduce my suffering? If yes, then it is worth trying.

I don't see self-love practices as "ultimate truth", and yes... I know there is the masculine conditioning that avoids being able to practice towards oneself, but again... These are just tools to see things in a different perspective.

As I see it, life is a flow of phenomena of causes and conditions, and there are normally those "npc-respones", I just try to do something different instead and see what happens.

the part that hurts the most is what did we do to be deprived of such necessity, to be loved, held, wanted by someone? it hurts so much, to know that we’re deprived of something that’s supposed to be ‘normal’ that other people get easily all because we’re born the wrong race, the worst race actually.

it feels like a cosmic punishment for a crime we never committed.

it bleeds into everything. the casual touch you never receive. everything is just so foreign then.

some of us, the unfortunate ones are just born to watch from the sidelines. it fucking hurts.

temporary relief you get can quietly load up greater suffering down the road, even when you already know it’s a cope. the mind grabs onto the little hit of ease or “different response,” treating it like progress, but when the same underlying conditions roll back in (and they usually do), the false hope makes the rebound hit harder, more resistance, more disappointment, more clinging to the technique as the fix instead of letting the flow be what it is.

short term relief borrowed at the price of a sharper crash later, turning what felt like a useful experiment into another subtle loop that deepens the overall suffering.

does the relief hold or does it set up bigger attachment and let down? if it’s only masking without touching the root causes and conditions, you might end up trading one automatic reaction for ‘something’ that costs more in the long run.

Yeah, this is true by a lot. Although I wouldn't say that it is "inceldom" the thing making me suffer, the thing is that if those underlying conditions as you say simply dissapeared, everything would magically improve. I must confess nonetheless that the techniques for coping I have created are kinda nice. Meditation using music to connect with my emotions has been highly worth it to alleviate a lot of my suffering. The thing is that when you embark yourself on the journey to reduce your own psychological suffering you need to take into account the fact that there will be lots and lots of ups and downs, but I do really see a great improvement.

The thing is that most of the times this "improvement" is followed by a regression lmao. So I get it perfectly dude. It is really EXHAUSTING sometimes being caught up in the cycle. I guess I'm just trying to do what I can, but the pain it never goes the fuck away lmao.

Although I wouldn't say that it is "inceldom" the thing making me suffer, the thing is that if those underlying conditions as you say simply dissapeared, everything would magically improve. I must confess nonetheless that the techniques for coping I have created are kinda nice. Meditation using music to connect with my emotions has been highly worth it to alleviate a lot of my suffering. life gets weird and heavy out of nowhere and sometimes all you really need is someone to just sit with you, no pressure, no expectations, just warmth. nothing fake, nothing forced. just quiet comfort, a little closeness, someone reminding you you’re not alone even if everything else feels off~

even just a little bit of relief is all we need sometimes, just enough for your chest to loosen up a bit, enough to breathe without that constant pressure sitting on you. just a small pause where everything isn’t so loud in your head!!! even if it’s temporary, it still matters. those little moments where things feel okay again, even for a second, remind you that don’t always have to feel like this constantly ❤️
