(2) Connect with the emotion caused by such narrative and immerse yourself fully into it by using music which evokes an emotion similar to that of the self-narrative. For example, if the narratives arises together with sadness, listen to sad songs.

If you are ever super depressed, listen to super depressing music and put all your heart into it connecting with every feeling:



If possible try to sing.

(3) Repeat as many times as necessary. Allow yourself to be burned as many times as possible.

Soon the brain will deplete them all. You true nature will be revealed as no more identifications will be created. The default network mode will not be able to create anymore suffering, and thus what "you" take yourself to be will be realized as delusion.

I actualize by negating other peoples.
Its my own way forward. I discovered this superior method when I was a teenager.

We had teachers who used delphi method on us, for instance to convince us EU is a necessity. I seen reallife the psychological manipulation, my brother wrote on a questionnaire "if its already determined why are you asking". In my case I used adversarialism to produce the effect of be slandered.

I have read on a book on delphi method I was right, and is the way to break it. Because if the group sees you be slandered by the group leader, you ruin his or her reputation of "authority" anyway, even if you lose and he or she humiliates and slanders you successfully.

Another thing I seen was intellectuals and catchism. Inside catechism, normies teach you questions and answers.
Questions like whos god? answer : god is the supreme being, creator of heaven and earth, and of all things. Why did god make us? Bcause god wants us to know him, love him, serve him in this life and be happy wth him forever in the next.

Stuff like that. And I noticed with normies is never the answer what matters, is how you frame questions. Most times, they manipulate you not so that you arrive at an answer, but they frame topics so that you question in the way they want. And questions lead to answers.

Intellectuals dont do it differently. For instance we had galimberti saying to us that youth has no values, and youth does not believes in meaning of life. So teachers told us to say whats the meaning of life. I couldnt reply to such a thing, I also found it absurd you ask it to a teenager. I didnt believe my life was over, and I had arrived to "meaning of life" at age 15. I just drew an arrow write "fuck you" and my idea is life is an arrow like my dick, an arrow that is pointy, so that I get directions instead of stupid questions.

Shut the fuck up intellectual. I dont need you motherfucker. It was my mood. Obviously others around me didnt necessarily agree with me, but I made some sort of reputation so even guidos and jocks respected me up to a point. And a guido said "yes hes uncool (refers to me) but at least he answers back to teachers". I mean, i was a loser, but i didnt lose to teachers. Never.

So what has to do with spirituality? Its to explain you what I do. I challenge some piece of trash. I dont know the truth instantly but I will know the lie. Thats my spirituality.
