The LEETchads are at the top of the society owning and managing everything. They are mostly men with some women.

Most radicalism is caused by unhappiness and it's just not efficient for any system to tolerate corruption and cheating so, everything should eventually autocorrect.

Well managed societies without corruption are self-surveilling. Most people don't actually want their peace and fun to be threatened so they volunteer to protect their community. The whole surveillance trend is forced, inefficient and wasteful and only ends up protecting monsters in the end.

"Owning" the perfect world is meaningless as a human.
