Question about housing

I assume some of you are in housing.

I'm on the list for government housing, my question is: what are the odds of getting a place that accomodates smoking? I don't mean smoking inside necessarily, but having something like a private deck? Most of the apartments I've been in had access to a private deck big enough for a mini BBQ and thats about it, I'm probably overthinking it because it should have a private deck.

Thoughts?
