Grieving, grieving, grieving the life you are not able to have. Grieving what you lost. Grieving what happened to you. Grieving everything, man... You simply gotta cry as a baby, and cry as many times you need.

You gotta get in touch with your feelings. It might be the only way to stop feeling so miserable and maybe have the capacity to move on with life.

I don't think this is an easy process of course, and if you are willing to do it, take into account that it sometimes feels never ending. At the end of the day, a version of you that desired certaing things will have to die.

Genuinely what about grief for the dead, it's not trying to be weird in just asking honestly or grief for genuine personal attacks you have had to bear what does one do with that?

Sometimes I push it down into a hard hole and use it but sometimes it gets too hot. Starts to burn.

I hate therapy because I use hannibal lecter method, I establish a contract and I accrue credit. Since usually people accept my contract, I accept their questions if in return I can ask a question.

I hate it because I really dont care bout normies, so I go away with my credit and dont even use it.

Why even go to therapy then, I thought you were the game master?

It's fucking over! I put a clickbaity title for people to get into my post but now I have received a genuinely hard question to answer! Oh my god :depression:.

Grief for the dead? Bro, fucking brutal man. It is something very existential you know because people become a source of meaning for you. As I had to deal with the loss of someone, it was just not dealing with the fact that such a person is not longer in my life, but what it all meant. There were expectations, desires, narratives that were unconsciously projected around such a being that I didn't even know. It is like I created an idea of this person that gave me comfort, but reality being impermanent it all comes crashing down. I don't think there is something bad with doing this because I think we humans are creators of meaning through projection on things or people we love, but you do really feel the ontological emptiness of the loss.

Bro, you want my honest answer? I don't think that there is no other way for grief to end than to get in touch with your feelings. Like you gotta go so deep into it, to be so intimate with yourself and the most difficult part is doing this many times and repeating it. I have myself employed a "method" that consists of using music to make it even more "emotional". When that sadness or depression appears, I grab my earphones, put on a song about grief and I just meditate with it. I sometimes go really hard with this, doing gestures, contracting my stomach, trembling, whatever I can... The most brutal part is that this feels never ending sometimes, it can be very long.

It's over SCHWARZSCHILD!

I'M GOING TO GIVE MY FULL BRUTAL ANSWER FOR MAXIMAL PSYCHOLOGICAL METAMORPHOSIS. ENOUGH OF PRETENDING I'M A "GOOD BOY" WRITING AN "EMPATHETIC" ANSWER TO SOMEONE'S QUEST!

HIGHLY BRUTAL METHOD FOR TRAUMA AND GRIEF PROCESSING:

(1) HARDCORE FOCUS MEDITATION: FOCUS THE HARDEST YOU CAN ON THE PRESENT MOMENT.
(2) IF UNCONSCIOUS CONTENTS APPEAR, IMMEDIATELY GRAB A SONG OF YOUR LIKING ATTUNED TO THE EMOTIONAL WEIGHT OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTENT AND FEEL IT WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT UNTIL YOUR GUTS COME OUT.
(3) REPEAT (1) AND (2) TO YOUR LIKING AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I am not engaging in bad faith honestly. I just like hearing other people's ways of dealing with that shit.

So sorry if it's more of a bother then not. I don't go to therapy and never have. And the tile didn't " trigger me " into the thread I just enjoy the board and I like chit chatting with ya guy.

And this is my favorite type of thread on the site, the one doing work.

I'm not looking for pitty, if anything here is my work around and I know it's a cope.

Don't stop moving, always be doing a task lol.

I have chopped wood in the rain to shoveling gravel in the dark lol

I don't really do drugs or drink at least anymore or even smoke.

But I think you are right, there are some scares you can't heal and that's what makes it hard for me when I see people in pain from things that they can get over and I don't mean that in a fuck you kinda way more of like a scared morning for them. That feeling of omg if something really bad happened to this person that might push them over the edge.

Hey man thanks for sharing !

Honest question my gentleman... Rigurous meditation practices might offer the potential to make unprocessed trauma and grief bubble up to the surface. In my experience, these things usually come pairwise, there comes a thought or mental image, and a feeling associated with it. When these things appear you try to work on them. Normally, when you let go very lovely feelings appears, but they do go away because everythings impermanent.

Good luck on the psychospiritual path.

I think that's good and right but there is a lot of ego shedding and shadow work that needs to be done.

For me getting being skitzo and making and smoking DMT work well for me so I guess I lied about the drugs part.

Therapy is a way psychology found to chain you back to samsara.
You already buried all those grievances, you moved on with your life, but because the same problems keep repeating, you go to therapy, and then, instead of the doctor giving you counsel about your current problems, he wants to excavate all of your past. So now you have current problem plus past problems which are already resolved. That's because, according to psychology, your unconscious attracts the same problems again, like an magnet, because it has been programmed to attract the kind of people which brings back these problems. The solution would be to avoid those people, but these npcs are everywhere, so problem will keep repeating as long as you interact with people.
However, psychology dont want you to become a misanthrope, psychologists are trained to make you into a social being, because they have been told the lie that humans are social creatures. If humans are social creatures, then there would no bullying, no persecution, no bureaucracy, no problems being caused by forced socialization. But there they are, so what the psychologist end up doing is to chain you back to the wheel, without he even knowing it.
